Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Orders are processed and packaged daily. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping Delays

While not anticipated, Katherine Minx is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier. This includes delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or postal service issues beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Katherine Minx is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or investigation. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or secure delivery locations first.

If needed, we are happy to assist where possible, but we are unable to replace or refund orders that are confirmed delivered.
