We do not offer returns or refunds. All items are final sale.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right where applicable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of defective or incorrect items.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations
All items are made to order. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final unless an exception is made for a verified defect or incorrect item as outlined above.
If you have an approved issue, we will notify you once it has been reviewed and confirmed.
